About this nursery

Almalqa Village Nursery, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, provides early learning and care for children. The nursery is described as clean, new, beautiful, and tidy, offering careful child follow-up. It focuses on an educational approach, organizing events such as Traffic Day, Mother's Day, Cinema Day, and Colors Day. Children benefit from a weekly schedule covering various skills, including morning remembrances, Quranic teachings, greeting and peace skills, and table manners. An outdoor garden is available for recreational activities. Parents receive daily reports on their child's eating, drinking, and sleeping times, along with any relevant comments. The nursery also utilizes a Snapchat account for parental follow-up, with prior permission. While some reviews praise the care and cleanliness, others note concerns regarding management communication, perceived high prices for services, and the expectation for parents to provide lunch and infant mattresses.

The management is absolutely terrible. I'm always caught off guard by their sudden changes, and they never inform me of any changes. It's become my second home (Al Malqa branch), based on my experience with their Al Aqiq branch. I consider it one of the worst nurseries. We're in the time of Corona, and I've noticed they're accepting a large number of children without following the Ministry of Health protocols. They've put the infants in a small room where they also sleep, and that's not to mention the teachers who are looking after them. The caregivers are definitely not happy because they're under a lot of pressure. Whenever I confront the management about a problem, they give me excuses, and their communication is very commercial.

From personal experience, the nursery is clean, new, and they follow up on the child carefully. They care about the children from an educational standpoint by holding events such as Traffic Day, Mother's Day, and recreational activities every weekend such as Cinema Day and Colors Day. In addition, there is an outdoor garden attached to the nursery. They also have a weekly schedule for each age group about the skills they will learn during the week. They focus on morning remembrances, the Quran, and teaching children greeting and peace skills, table manners, and others. The child is issued a daily report about eating, drinking, sleeping times, and any comments so that the mother is informed. In addition, there is a Snapchat account to follow up on the child and his interaction after obtaining permission from the mother. The current fees are 2,500 riyals per month, which is very high compared to nurseries in general, which are the most expensive.

The place is small, but it's beautiful, clean, and very tidy. The prices are considered expensive for the size of the place and the services provided. For example: 1/ They don't provide lunch for the children. 2/ They also don't provide mattresses for infants. These are all provided by the child's parents. However, it's somewhat better than others.

Their monthly salary is 3000!!! What kind of exploitation is this? It's unbelievable! Salaries are supposed to be 4500, and even then, they barely get the full amount.
