I would like to thank Yasmine Beginnings Nursery for the wonderful efforts they provide. I've noticed a huge difference in my daughter's behavior (aged 1 year and 8 months) since she started with you. She's learned proper sitting and eating etiquette, and is learning something new every day in a fun and safe way. I am very grateful to the wonderful team who pay attention to the smallest details and are dedicated to nurturing the child's development in a beautiful educational way. A more than wonderful experience with Bidayat Nursery. I will give my opinion with all honesty and integrity. I have found many nurseries, but I have not seen anything like the organization, organization, and cleanliness of Bidayat Nursery. May God make all the teachers and the administration happy. Their dealings were always kind and tasteful. They always reassure me about my son Tariq and take care of his food and cleanliness. Whoever does not thank people does not thank God. So, many thanks to all the nursery staff, especially the teacher, Wajdan. She did not fall short and made my son love the place after he had rejected many nurseries. I advise everyone to register at Bidayat so that they can really be reassured about their children that they are in safe hands.

A mother's experience with this daycare for nine months: I wouldn't recommend it to any mother. Initially, the teachers and manager were wonderful. For a few months, the staff were changed to other nationalities, and we started to notice extreme negligence. For example, twice we arrived at 7:15, even though their working hours start at 7:00, and no one would answer the door! We have regular work schedules and clock-in requirements, so there's no professionalism at work. During those nine months, the manager and teachers changed three times, meaning even the poor child was constantly being treated by new people! Once, I even picked up my child with his diaper on backwards. I spoke to the branch manager and took pictures, and she said it wasn't her job to supervise the staff. Then whose job is it to let them be like that without supervision?! The worst part is the terrible illnesses. I went in and saw sick children, with runny noses, clearly ill. Why are they letting them mix with the other children?! We're fed up with the illnesses. All the subscriptions are gone because of sick children... and my son got a disease that only affects children under 6, and he's alone at home. I have a skin condition with blisters on my mouth, hands, and feet (hand, foot, and mouth disease). So, 100% of the children are sick from the nursery. How can you admit sick children without compensating me? I had to keep my son home for a week and took time off work. There's no professionalism whatsoever, and no one takes responsibility for their negligence. I enrolled my son because of the "Beginnings" name, but I regret it now. They seem only after money. We have to wait days for photos, and they don't even update the app or upload pictures. In short, I don't recommend it, unfortunately.

Peace be upon you 🌷 I'm a mother of a first-time child, aged one and a half. I started looking for a nursery suitable for this young child, one that would be safe, warm, and caring. I searched through several nurseries, but none suited me, either in terms of location or because I felt the care wasn't adequate. I visited the Yasmine branch. I first met Ms. Radwa, who excited me about the place and its details, and how well it caters to all of a child's needs. She explained to me what the child would learn. She got me excited, and I decided to start a trial day. When I came on the trial day, I met the administrator, Wassam, who made me feel more comfortable. I signed up for a month and worked every day with my child for a full week until he got used to it. I almost became one of them and with them. I saw the activities and the attention, especially the administrator, Ms. Wassam. She has an amazing ability to understand the child and deals with all the children as if they were her own. I didn't see her as just an administrator. I saw her performing all the tasks as if she were a lady. Her dedication to her work and her love for him made me feel reassured, and her reassurance and constant follow-up with me about my child made me excited. My child went to the nursery. My child loved it very much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Ms. Wassam ♥️ Honestly, if it weren't for your presence and treatment, I wouldn't have signed up for the nursery ♥️
