My son really enjoys and loves this nursery! He started speaking a lot after going there as he learns many things everyday. Ms. Pinky is the best nursery manager and all the class teachers and bus teachers are very friendly and kind. Highly recommended!

As a parent, I strongly warn others not to enroll their child at British Orchard Nursery. Our experience here has been nothing short of distressing. The management and staff are unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely lacking in basic ethics or accountability. If you ever decide to withdraw your child — even within a few weeks — be prepared to lose your money entirely. They will keep making empty promises about refunds but never actually return a single dirham. It’s deeply disappointing and feels like a complete lack of integrity on their part. The environment and teaching standards are equally underwhelming. The staff’s behavior is far from what you would expect in a place meant to nurture and care for young children. I urge every parent to read every line of their so-called “contract” before signing anything. Once you pay, they will hide behind policies and excuses to avoid taking responsibility. Please don’t make the same mistake we did — your child deserves better, and so do you.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Miss Faide Ramirez for the incredible effort and care you’ve shown in teaching and guiding my daughter. We are truly grateful for the positive impact you’ve had on her early learning journey. It’s been wonderful to see her progress in reading and writing, and we’re especially delighted by her growing interest in mathematics—something we know stems from the engaging and thoughtful way you present the subject in class. Your patience, encouragement, and ability to make learning enjoyable have made a lasting impression on her, and as parents, we deeply appreciate your dedication.

We are very happy with our decision to enroll our daughter at BON. My daughter is 2 yrs old and she loves going to nursery here. The teaching methods, the teachers and the environment are all great. All the staff / teachers are dedicated and invested in each child’s development. A big thanks to the principal (Ms. Pinky) who’s so warm and welcoming, all the children love her. Since joining BON, Maryam has become more outgoing and assertive. We highly recommend BON!

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for the incredible dedication, warmth, and love that Ms. Faide (FS 2 Teacher) brings to the classroom every single day. It’s truly heartwarming to see how much care and attention she gives to each child, creating a nurturing and joyful environment where they can thrive. Since my daughter joined her class, I’ve seen remarkable growth in so many areas—her confidence, communication skills, reading, writing, creativity, and even her eagerness to learn. It’s clear that this progress is a reflection of her patient guidance and the engaging way she teach.
