The management needs to be more flexible. They absolutely refuse to accept any comments, criticism, or even questions from the mother about the child's situation! I have many experiences with nurseries and centers, and unfortunately, the lowest-rated ones were the ones I would never repeat. Note that I was among the group nominated by Qura to evaluate nurseries, their pros and cons. They discharged my child a day before the contract ended, claiming that she arrived at midnight and they wouldn't accept her the following morning, the last day listed on the Qura website. I contacted Qura, and they said I could get a refund, which was the center's mistake. I didn't receive a refund because, as I mentioned above, the management needs to be more flexible and kinder. The environment is for children, and the overall atmosphere should be comfortable and enjoyable. They need to be able to win mothers over so they can leave their children with peace of mind, knowing their children are in a safe and comfortable place, not just a center.

Masha' Allah, Tabarak Al-Rahman, a safe environment for children. Starting with the well-equipped building, the entire staff, their dedication to the children, and the care and attention they receive, and the kind, caring, and humane director, Ms. Manal, may Allah make her happy and reward her. You wouldn't be surprised how high-level the center is because she is its director, after Allah. They care about the children and are keen to support them, and the workers, may Allah bless them, are with the children. Some of the things that attracted me to the center: * The sound of the Quran from the moment you enter opens the heart. * The presence of a corner of joy and games for the children by the door, a great idea. * It's nice to see a child who refuses to enter or cries, they cheer him up with a toy or gift. * Cameras are distributed throughout the building, and the children are under constant supervision, after Allah. * The variety of activities and skills offered to the children... I have experience with many children's centers, and to be honest, I've never seen anything as high as theirs, Masha' Allah. May Allah make them happy and reward them. Umm Raheeq...

The center is beautiful, clean, and organized. The communication between the administration and the mothers is great; they take photos daily.
