They are dishonest people and their concern is money. My son entered to learn swimming pool subscription, and my son was already a student. My agreement with them was for 12 classes. He took 8 classes, and then he apologized for completing the classes due to the lack of a trainer. They told us to complete at the beginning of the month, March. I contacted them at the beginning of the month, on the 1st. She said no, at the beginning of the study. I said, “If that’s the case, I won’t be able to get the rest of the amount back.” They refused and said, “He has learned most of the skills, meaning he has reached the training stage, and they refuse to return the amount, noting that I and two of his relatives have a subscription.”

Honestly, it's one of the worst places I've ever been to. May God not forgive the manager. I enrolled my daughters there to learn to swim, and the coach was a wonderful person, but the place was terrible in terms of cleanliness. The showers were there in name only, but in awful condition. My daughters still had eight classes left, and I withdrew them and closed the center. I tried calling, but there was no response. When I called back, she answered and hung up on me. I told her to return the money, but she said she wasn't entitled to anything and hung up. May God not forgive her in this life or the next, and may that money be on her conscience.

I do not recommend it. There is no integrity in education and they are negligent. Their only concern is money. They do not even pay attention to the children or know about them.

Ithra Center is one of the centers interested in teaching the Holy Quran, the principles of jurisprudence, monotheism, and supplications, along with Arabic and English letters and numbers. I would like to mention in particular my daughter’s teachers, Ms. Shaimaa, Ms. Iman, and the wonderful Kholoud, may God reward them all for their keenness and teaching of the children. Ms. Samia is very keen on them when they go out. Let’s not forget the very cooperative director of the center, Ms. Hayla. May God grant everyone success. It is a kindergarten worth subscribing to. Thank you. Umm Hour 🌹
