My experience with this center began three years ago. It's very good for older children, but terrible for infants. I had no choice but to leave my son there for two months, and this is what happened: - Once, I arrived to find 11 infants of varying ages with only one employee. When I asked her, she said the other one was on leave! The babies were strapped to chairs, crying, and there was no proper care because she couldn't manage them. I remember one baby with Down syndrome crying while strapped in. - The second incident, which I still remember even after three years, was when I gave my son a bottle with a large opening. It was the first time we'd ever tried it, and that was my mistake. They should have contacted me to get another one or something. My son was crying uncontrollably. The staff told me he had been crying from hunger since morning until noon because he hadn't had his milk. They told management to contact me, but no one did! I brought it for him or arranged it and ordered a new one for him right away. Actually, my son was so hungry when I took him from them that he started scratching his face. How could they do this to a baby?

My daughter has been there for three years, and I'm writing about my experience with the Little Stars team. I'm incredibly grateful to them. Regarding the building: It's clean, and the scent of incense fills the air. Regarding the management: They are very cooperative and respond to any feedback or complaints. Thank you, Ms. Ghaziya and Ms. Raghad. Regarding the teachers: They are like mothers, not just teachers. Thank you to them for their hard work and dedication. The activities are always creative and exciting, and my daughter has learned so much from them. And a special thank you to the center's owner, who is so dedicated to her work. Every time she sees me, she asks if I'm comfortable or if I have any feedback.

Honestly, I'm hesitant to put my child there, even though the staff member was nice when she greeted me. I just felt the play area would be better if it got some sunlight. But hopefully, I'll decide soon because the comments are encouraging.

After my son completed a year with them, I wanted to rate them. One of the best nurseries in northern Riyadh, according to my experience with many nurseries. The treatment, the taste, the kindness, the activities, the diverse and distinguished programs. The attention, precision, professionalism and care. Thank God, it is distinguished, and if it was up to me, I would give them 10 stars, they deserve it. By God, my Lord asks me that I have not found a nursery like theirs, and if only I had been to elementary school, I would have completed my studies with them ❤️❤️

This is my son Salman's first nursery, and thank God, I was very worried he wouldn't adapt, but thank God, he's doing great. I'm starting with Ms. Ahlam. When I go in to drop Salman off, she tells me to go and entrust him to God. That reassured me, and I left feeling relaxed. Besides the quick response, if I ask about my son, you reply and send pictures. I feel relieved when I see my son enjoying himself with the others. Ms. Noura, Ms. Al-Anoud, Ms. Hadeel, and Ms. Farida are my son's favorite teachers; he always talks about them. Thank you all. I wish you continued success.
