Three stars for the beauty of the place... I took my daughter there on the second Eid al-Adha, and it was like a real Hajj! 😂 Children were entering non-stop. Shouldn't they limit the number of children? The situation has become worse than bad because of the number of children inside. I always take my daughter to places like this, but with them, because of the terrible crowds and the extremely loud music, she didn't even stay for twenty minutes. She cried and said she was leaving. All my money was wasted because of the poor organization...

The place is more than wonderful for children, very clean, and they care about the safety of the children, and the nannies and the administrators know their job. But I gave them 3 stars for two reasons: First, the volume of the songs is very loud, to the point I can't hear what the girl at the cashier is saying, and this is known to affect children's hearing and brain health. They played songs, but lowered the volume a little so they could enjoy playing. I tried contacting the management number, but they didn't answer! Second, the smell of the nursery is very, very, very strong, to the point where I received my children and returned home with the perfume stuck to their clothes and hair. Sorry, the respirator can't handle the smell of the air freshener. Turn it on at the beginning to freshen the place, then turn it off. Shame on you. The health and safety of the children is a trust in you.
