Honestly, I didn't want to give even one star, but God is sufficient for me. There is no good management or treatment. My son had a problem at the center. He came crying and said, "I've been fighting with him in class." I tried to figure out why, but each teacher gave different answers. One said, "He used to spit," while the other said, "No, he used to hit, and my son doesn't hit or spit." Also, there is a teacher who is very harsh with the children. When I asked about my son in front of the students, she would raise her voice and talk about him in a way that hurt his feelings (such as, "He doesn't listen," "He's not clever," "He's not polite") in front of the children. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for a three-year-old child. When I tried to complain, I didn't see any response or interest from the administration. They just laughed. God willing, we'll sort it out! I came here with my heart aching for my son, and you laughed and made me laugh, and this made me very upset, especially since my son was psychologically affected by the situation (the changes I noticed in my son since he entered the center were that he started to stutter a bit, wet himself in his sleep, and no longer wanted to go out). I also noticed that almost every week they hold a party for varying amounts (30 to 50 riyals), and the party is very modest compared to the amount, and yet if the child doesn't participate, he is left alone in the classroom. Honestly, it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I hope the treatment and care of the children is improved more.

Honestly, this is a wonderful center in terms of teaching; the staff are very helpful and their service is excellent. All thanks and appreciation to the administrative and teaching staff.
