  If I could give no stars at all I would! The worst place I have ever seen! I entrusted them with my baby, the issue is with the owner herself, she was absolutely horrible, a stuck up individual with no sense of care for any of the children, her main priority is the money and the 'business'. She was extremely disrespectful, rude and speaks down to everyone. When I asked her about a concern I had she told me it was 'none of my business' despite the fact that my baby was in their care and I was paying her for this. It was difficult enough for me to put my child in daycare but due to work I had no choice she didn't sympathise nor care for that matter. I do not advise ANYONE to take their beloved child to this place, the owner of a business says a lot about any place, if you do so it's at your own risk. Look for any other place but this nursery, honestly such a traumatic experience I don't wish on anyone to have! EDIT: I can see that my review has been responded to with lies and a distorted version of what has occurred just to fool the general public and keep the reputation polished; information i was given on the phone is contrary to what was being told to me, had I been told from the start that breastfeeding is strictly not allowed at all on the premises then obviously there would have been no regsitration in the first place, just to clarify I was told I can feed my baby in the seating area in the reception as I am FULLY COVERED and the baby IS FULLY CONCEALED when feeding that nothing is visible not even the baby, to the extent that the owner did not even know I was feeding until she saw the baby in my arms AFTER the baby was fed and done, which is why I was confronted by the owner afterwards. Furthermore, do not make it seem that a customer would become frustrated for no reason, the sheer disrespect of the owner was too much for even the calmest of people to bear, to be told to 'take my baby and leave' simply because a question was asked as to whether perhaps in the future there is a consideration of a feeding room for breastfeeding mothers is unacceptable for anyone, and then to be told that it's 'none of my business' is just disgusting. She clearly doesn't like questions being asked which is from the rights of the parents putting their children there. I was truly discriminated against because of my choice to breastfeed my baby which is shocking especially as its coming from another woman (the owner). FYI: Upon discussing my experience with others, I have come to learn im not the only one to have such a bad experience with the owner.

  one of the worst nursery in Kuwait... especially miss hala I am not satisfied with the action that was taken by the nursery following my informal complain..al what they did that let the partner to call me and talking to me in impolite way and teaching me how to talk and call them by "miss" !!!and they didnt bother them selves to call me asking about why i took my kid and his stuff from polka ,,,and simpley "hala" removed me from the parents group on whatsapp i totally agree with this mom

  Excellent nursery with outstanding care and professionalism. Thank you, Miss Hadeel and Deena, for the thoughtful conversation we had about my granddaughters. As a grandmother visiting Kuwait and an educator specializing in child development, it was very important to me to ensure that my granddaughters were in safe and competent hands. From both an educational and psychological perspective, this nursery exceeded my expectations. The teachers are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
