The building needs attention and cleanliness is nonexistent, especially the walls. They have one nanny and she is covered. I saw her morning and evening and she couldn't make it. Their price has increased by about a thousand riyals compared to last year. I expected improvements in the building and they were visited but nothing has changed. The director must take action and address the responsible party. We pay and it is our right. We want a clean environment for our children, especially with the condition of the building, the lack of cleanliness, the number of children and the fluctuations in the weather. You can imagine the situation with viruses 😔.. The only positive thing that was noticed last year and now is that the teachers are hardworking and the nanny is kind despite her long working hours.

The teachers are very friendly and kind to the children, and every teacher the children get attached to. They are creative and cooperative in the classes. Everything is excellent except for the morning assembly, which is crowded, the shouting, and everything is nonsense, as well as the cleanliness. The bathroom is really bad. The cleanliness is not good. There is only one nanny in it, responsible for the door, cleaning, and bringing the children into the bathroom. She is responsible for everything. It is normal for a child to walk into another child in the bathroom because no one is with him, unless the administrators are paying attention or the administrators are busy. If a child is in the bathroom, and another child, may God bless you, does it in the classroom? Where would the nanny cover him? My son would hold himself back and go home needing the bathroom, saying their bathroom is not nice. After a year, I saw the bathroom and was shocked.

A very cooperative kindergarten with reasonable prices and convenient payment plans. May God bless Ms. Ghaydaa, she is extremely cooperative, patient, and her teaching is amazing; she embraces the children with so much love.

Frankly, the kindergarten has no credibility at all. I enrolled my child there and they said there is a special place for children and that they will change and develop the kindergarten. They did nothing. I took my child out because it is not equipped at all. The nursery prepares the children for the morning lines and is considered a passageway to the play area. How, by God, can a 3-year-old child see all of this and be constantly disturbed all day long? The games are in the place of the water tank and there is no air conditioning and the building is not prepared to be a kindergarten at all.
