  I highly recommend this nursery. It was my child’s first term and he settled in well and learned a lot, his behavior at home improved and he speaks fluently now. The Al Marina branch is huge and exceptionally clean. They have an outdoor playground and many classrooms with different themes. The administration and staff are amazing and professional. A big shoutout to Miss Saira from Gardenia class! She’s an amazing teacher and very creative, she supported my child throughout the term and her classroom activities helped with my child’s motor skills and speech fluency. We are grateful for her as our child’s teacher and a special thanks to all the TAs from Gardenia class.

  This is an exceptionally good environment for children, I have no fear in dropping off my kids on school days at all. Their communication with parents is so amazing. My twins have gained so much confidence and independence. Everyone from the security to the teachers and even the cleaning staff are very receptive and professional. They truly care about my twins (Asher and Alysha); my picky eaters are beginning to eat and also look forward to going to school and so on. I have so many good things to say about this Nursery that I will not be able to write them all down. Thank you so much to Ms. Saira and her team in Gardenia, you guys are angels on earth.

  I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to the incredible team at Redwood Marina. My son loves it here (and so do I!) The level of thought and care that goes into creating all the activities is incredible. No way do I have the patience or resources to organise all those sensory activities at home :P. My son adores his teacher Ms Maria and feels very safe with her. He loves playing football with all the wonderful assistants Ms Algin, Ms Cha, Ms Marj, Ms Alan, Ms Mary, Ms Marciel. They take such good care of him and give all the kids lots of 1 to 1 presence. My son started when he was 16 months old - He is now just over 24 months. It took him a few weeks to settle at the beginning, and now he loves it so much he doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up. FOOD: I don’t give my son sugar or food/drinks with additives so I wanted to find a nursery which aligned to these values. Thankfully Leela’s meals (provided by nursery at an extra cost) align to these values. The nursery also encourages parents to not bring chocolate as a snack for their children. I feel comfortable knowing son is getting a variety of healthy food at school (which I didn’t have to think about or prepare - YAY!) Also, Ms Cherry/Ms Lelia post the meal plan and ingredients each day, so if you are an over-involved mother like myself, you can see what your child eating. ATMOSPHERE: All the adults seem very well regulated which is reflected in the friendly, calm, playful environment. I love the vibe of this place and if I was a toddler again I would love it here. CHILD UPDATES: They use an APP called Educore. Every day they provided 3-5 photos of your child as well as number of nappy changes, mood, how much water they drank etc. and what they did in the classroom that day. I love going through this with my son when he comes home and reflecting on his day together. In addition to this, every term we get a very thorough developmental report and have a 1 to 1 with the teacher. PARKING: There’s always plenty of spaces right outside the nursery when dropping off/collecting your child. OUTDOOR: They have a great outside space with climbing frames, slides, sand park, trikes and an area where they do splash days. Other than summer they always have outdoor play. My child is very energetic and needs access to these open spaces. GYM: They have an indoor gym with swings/things to climb, yoga mats, softplay, and decent floor space which is also used for football lessons and dance parties. CLEANLINESS: This place is spotless. They also have strict hygiene processes in place so during all the meals the teachers wear aprons, hairnets and gloves. All the kids wash their hands before eating. ABOVE AND BEYOND: This is a sidetone but I couldn’t get my car to start one afternoon and Ms Andrea went above and beyond and drove my son and I home. I was so grateful. I share this because it illustrates the genuine care and kindness that this nursery radiates. Ms Salima and Ms Andrea (nursery directors) have done an incredible job building a thriving nursery that continues to get more and more exciting.. I mean, to celebrate UAE day they had a real live camel, eagle and pottery making (parents were allowed to join in !). I come from UK where you would never see this lol. It’s such a fun place.   Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Redwood Montessori Nursery – Marina for making our son’s preschool journey truly memorable. From his very first day until the end of the academic year, we always felt that he was in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where he was encouraged to learn, grow, and build confidence. A very special thank you to Ms. Bisma, his preschool teacher, for her exceptional dedication, patience, and genuine passion for teaching. She created a warm and engaging classroom where our son developed academically, socially, and emotionally. Throughout the year, we saw tremendous improvement in his confidence, communication skills, independence, creativity, and love for learning. We are truly grateful for the care and attention she gave to every child. We would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Maryam, Ms. Arlene, and Ms. Dona for their constant support, kindness, and encouragement. Their teamwork, compassion, and dedication played a significant role in our son’s growth and happiness throughout the year. Their care ensured that every child felt valued, supported, and loved every single day. Our sincere appreciation also goes to Ms. Salima Tamur, the Nursery Director, whose outstanding leadership, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining a high standard of early years education are clearly reflected throughout the nursery. Her dedication to creating a welcoming, caring, and child-centered environment gives parents great confidence that their children are receiving the very best start in life. A special thank you to Ms. Cherry for always being approachable, organized, and supportive. She coordinated academic matters so efficiently and was always willing to assist parents whenever needed, making communication smooth and reassuring. We are equally grateful to Ms. Senthamari for the exceptional care and attention she provided to the children, especially regarding their health and wellbeing. Knowing there was such a caring and attentive nurse looking after the children gave us tremendous peace of mind. Finally, our heartfelt thanks go to every teacher, teaching assistant, administrator, receptionist, support staff, and every member of the Redwood Montessori Nursery – Marina family. Every smile, every act of kindness, and every effort you made contributed to creating a wonderful learning environment where children feel safe, respected, and inspired to learn.   Highly recommended nursery. The facility is modern, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The staff are fantastic and genuinely caring toward every child in their care. As parents, we couldn’t be happier with Miss Saira and the Gardenia group. She is gentle, encouraging, and attentive, and consistently goes the extra mile to make our little one feel safe, secure, and valued. She always takes the time to have one-to-one conversations with us to ensure we are fully informed at every stage of our child’s development. Her exceptional care, creativity, and commitment truly make a positive difference to our child’s learning and well-being.
