My child went to this Redwood nursery from 2024 to 2026. This Redwood nursery team has been warm and loving to my child for the entire time we were there. Each teacher my child had was very helpful - providing important feedback on growth and milestones so there is good parent-teacher engagement to have a proper understanding of the child's development. My child is usually there from 8am to 6pm so has been cared for by many of the teacher's assistants during our time there. They have all been fantastic in caring for my child so us parents had peace of mind.

Our daughter is now starting her third year at Redwood, and we absolutely love it here. The level of care and responsibility towards both children and parents, the open communication, the thoughtfully designed programme, and the wonderful management and staff have all exceeded our expectations. We genuinely cannot recommend it enough. Our daughter started in one of the very small groups, and at first we thought that was the key to everything running so smoothly. Later, she moved into a much larger mixed-age class of up to 28 children with four assistants. We were pleasantly surprised by how well organised, calm, and nurturing such a large class could be. For families who value the Montessori philosophy, one of Redwood's greatest strengths is its authentic mixed-age environment. It has been incredibly beneficial for our daughter. During the two years we've been here, we've experienced a few challenges, such as teachers changing due to personal circumstances and periods of online learning. Each time, the wonderful branch manager, Rebecca, communicated openly, addressed every concern with transparency, and handled each situation professionally. No matter the challenge, we always felt confident that everything was being managed with care. The outdoor environment is beautiful, and the children spend time outside up to twice a day, which we really appreciate. Another major advantage is the food. Meals are catered by Leela's Lunches, and sweets brought by other children are not allowed. If you're a no-sugar family or have important dietary or allergy requirements, this provides enormous peace of mind. Redwood has truly been a wonderful place for our family, and we are grateful our daughter gets to grow and learn in such a caring environment.

Choosing Redwood Nursery at Gate Tower has been the best decision for our child! The environment is safe and nurturing, but the team is what makes it truly special. Deepest thanks to the incredible teachers, Ms. Rozan and Ms. Shaza, and their wonderful assistants, for their endless patience and genuine care. They don't just teach; they truly look after and develop each child's individual growth and confidence. We are also grateful to the nursery manager, Rebecca, and the admin team, Maya, for always being so supportive, professional, and welcoming. They make the daily experience seamless and stress-free for parents. Thank you, Redwood Gate Tower team, for an amazing 2 years and a great experience for our family.

I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring, safe, and nurturing environment for their child. The teachers are dedicated, professional, and genuinely care about each child's development and wellbeing. The learning environment is engaging, welcoming, and encourages children to grow in confidence while developing important skills through play and structured activities. Communication with parents is excellent, and the management team is supportive, approachable, and committed to maintaining high standards. My experience with the nursery has been extremely positive, and I am grateful for the kindness, support, and opportunities they provide to both children and families. Have to start with the reception with Ms Maya and Ms Rebecca's warm welcomes every morning to all the students! They are extremely welcoming and take any feedback omboard and do their best to resolve any issues or concerns raised. The support staff, especially Ms Maricar, has been amazing and very loved by the students and very supportive with the students care which brings us onto Ms Shaza. Ms Shaza is very loving with the students, especially seen with students running into the classroom to give her a hug every morning, she listens to the parents concerns and works alongside us to put in the appropriate support plan for the students. Our choice of Redwood Arc was confirmed to be the right one when my daughter had a medical emergency and the whole staff (Nurse Kristine, Ms Shaza, Ms Maricar, Ms Maya and Ms Rebecca) acted very fast according to the emergency plan we had put in place together, contacted me at the appropriate time and made sure my daughter is taken to hospital to receive the care she required. I will always be greatly indebted to the team for how well and fast they acted!
