Many positive reviews highlight the dedicated care and attention given to children, praising the educational environment, particularly the English language learning aspect. The implementation of the Montessori system for education is also a notable feature, contributing to children's development. Parents appreciate the safety measures in place, including the presence of security cameras, which offer reassurance. However, some reviews raise significant concerns. Issues brought forward include worries about child safety, with one parent reporting instances of children hitting others and expressing fears of potential abuse. Communication with management and staff has been cited as a challenge, with specific mentions of poor communication skills. The physical space is described by some as small, with limited opportunities for outdoor play even in good weather. Other criticisms revolve around the nursery's approach to diet, specifically the perceived encouragement of sugary snacks, and concerns regarding the qualifications of some teachers, with mentions of staff being high school graduates. Capacity issues, such as perceived attempts to hide other children in videos, have also been noted. Despite these varying experiences, حضانة الحمامي aims to provide a structured environment for young children, incorporating elements like Montessori education and security protocols. Parents considering this nursery are encouraged to visit and assess the facilities directly.

This was the worst and the most traumatic experience ever. As a mother I was scared for both my daughters safety in this place. The management doesn’t have any proper communication skills or manners, teacher "M" to be exact. Everything I try to communicate and find a solution for sounded like questioning or doubting their majestic abilities. I had concerns of my child (ages around 1 to 2 years) being hit by other kids they started developing concerning behaviour like hitting and screaming violently, big tantrums and laying on the floor, in addition to cultural issues and norms that doesn’t belong in our household. Every mother can analyse and figure sudden changes to their child’s behaviour, I was very sure my kids were being abused by other children and they were constantly denying that. On the other hand, the space is very small, they rarely get them out to play outside even with good sunlight and good weather. I have concerns about “capacity” they only sent me videos (rarely of course) with the background of a door, a corner in the room focusing the camera to hide other kids, and whenever I ask for pictures or videos they take sooo long to be sent hmmm! I wonder why. Attached is a picture of several kids playing by the room’s door as background that happens to be next to a bathroom! They subject the children to undeniable amounts of sugar and they encourage parents to bring sugary snacks for their kids and colleagues. Check pictures and dates to see how often it happens. Most of their teachers are only high school graduates, the only thing that kept me in this place was their amazing teacher Sara who recently resigned. Countless encounters that doesn’t even fit this google review. I will report to official authorities very soon although I doubt anything would change so I might not as well. What a shame to be only able to see people for what they have and treat them based on their appearance!!! Hasbuna allah w naem al wakeel!
