Its strategic location within the Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University area, in proximity to King Khalid International Airport, makes it accessible for many families in the region. The center operates with consistent hours, opening its doors from Monday to Thursday, and also on Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM, providing extended care options for working parents. Described by reviewers as a kindergarten school, Al-Irtiqa Center strives to create a sophisticated and enriching educational environment. Feedback from some families praises the center for being a wonderful and exceptionally well-organized establishment. The center is excellent and clean, but the Jordanian director employs shadow teachers for inclusion cases who are neither specialized nor qualified to deal with children with disabilities. They don't have the necessary certifications for such a job, and they lie to parents, claiming that the person handling their child's case is a specialist. Parents should be thorough and check the qualifications of the teacher who will be responsible for their child's case, as these children are a trust placed in their hands. This matter should be investigated, and the identities and qualifications of the shadow teachers working with the children with disabilities should be revealed by the relevant authorities at the center. I have delivered the message; O God, bear witness.

Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. My grandson, aged one year and eleven months, was registered, and I paid the required amount and signed a three-month contract. However, the center lacks many essential resources for the children, and the classrooms are very small. There are 15 children in each class with only one teacher. My grandson hasn't adapted to them because they keep him confined to his high chair. Can you imagine him stuck in that chair from morning until noon? When I asked the teacher why, she said he cries and moves around a lot—an excuse worse than the actual problem. Furthermore, some teachers take pictures of the children without any supervision. My grandson cries, and the caregiver is completely unconcerned. I swear to God, I can hear my grandson crying from the middle of the hallway, without exaggeration. May God hold them accountable. A decision was made shortly before the end of the month, and I requested a refund due to the lack of resources in the classrooms. They refused to refund me. I filed a complaint with Human Resources and the government, and thankfully, I received my money back, but it's still partially deducted. I won't accept this, even if it means taking the matter to the King and Crown Prince. I want my money back. 💔

Unfortunately, the treatment at the nursery was terrible. I paid a hefty sum, and the caregivers yelled at the children, who were scared and traumatized. The toys were awful; they were reluctant to give them to the children. I hope you reconsider who you hire. Install cameras so they can behave properly. If they don't fear God, they should at least fear you as management. It's heartbreaking to see a helpless child being treated so cruelly!
