Dear Administration, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my wife’s and my recent visit to your school as we considered enrolling our child in KG2. During our visit, we encountered some challenges with communication and reception from the staff. While one gentleman was very courteous and welcoming, we noticed that other staff members did not acknowledge us, which was surprising and somewhat disappointing for us as prospective parents. After deciding to leave, we were fortunately approached by another gentleman—possibly a teacher or administrator—who kindly invited us back inside. Regrettably, at that moment, I was feeling overwhelmed and unable to engage further. Please understand, this feedback is not meant to question the quality of your school, which I have heard many positive remarks about from other parents. Rather, it is to highlight the importance of a warm and professional first impression, which can greatly influence families in their decision-making process. I hope these observations are helpful and taken constructively. Thank you for your time and understanding.
