My daughter informed me upon pick up that she was hit by another child multiple times and no one informed me. She also informed me that she asked for me multiple times and upon drop off I told them that if she asks for me to let me know. The price is crazy for a few hours of care, and the facility is not to the standard of the price.

My daughter stayed with them for about a year, and the time came to move on to another educational stage (not offered at the nursery). One of the most beautiful decisions in life, after God's grace, was choosing this nursery in general and this branch in particular. Its name, "Bidayat," truly lives up to its name, as it represents the beginnings of goodness, blessings, and success for the children, God willing. The teachers are sophisticated, educated, and truly good role models for our children, praise be to God. My daughter mentions their names to us daily, praising their kindness, generosity, and refined behavior. Words of thanks and appreciation don't do them justice. If this indicates anything, it also indicates a distinguished management that attracts highly qualified educational talent. To parents: I advise you all not to hesitate to try the nursery and its constant family atmosphere, praise be to God. To the teachers and staff at the nursery: Your efforts are remembered and appreciated. May God increase the number of people like you, reward you, and grant you success. To the management: Thank you for your excellence, facilitating many things, and empowering the teachers in this way. I advise you to stick with your teachers as much as possible, as they are unique in other nurseries. To Bidayat: You are our favorite and beloved nursery. Despite the distance from our place of residence, you deserve the effort and dedication you put into achieving high-quality outcomes by raising our children in this manner. You will always be our first choice, and even if we had other children, we would not hesitate to return to the nursery again. 🌹❤️ Our sincere thanks and appreciation. The nursery is excellent; my daughter loved them and continued attending. My only observation is that updates for the child, such as photos, are delayed and not provided regularly. Also, there are no updates regarding food and bathing for my daughter's age.
