An amazing nursery! Its so nice to see the smiling faces of Ms Edi, Ms Tana, Dani & Olesia who are always ready to welcome the children with warmth and open arms. My daughter seems very happy at drop off and pickup, and I'm so reassured that she is with a professional and caring team. The staff put an incredible amount of effort into a number of beautiful and thoughtful events throughout the year that involve the parents. I can't recommend Blossom enough if you're lucky enough to get a place!

One of the worst nurseries ever — my experience with them was terrible in every way. I told them that I am Muslim and that cleanliness and washing with water are important in our religion. They assured me that they would follow what I requested, and I even showed them my method. The manager kept telling me she would do her best, but she did the exact opposite. They started cleaning my son with dry tissues, then later taught my three-year-old to urinate while standing. After that, they left him wearing clothes with dried urine until I picked him up from the nursery — they neither changed his clothes nor took him to the bathroom. On top of that, after I withdrew my son from this nursery, he began having nighttime bedwetting again, even though he had stopped for almost a year. He also stopped telling me when he needed to go to the bathroom and started urinating in his clothes. I filed a complaint with KHDA because of the way they scared my child, just because I insisted on proper personal hygiene. They leave the children to be cleaned by assistants who do it incorrectly and teach them bad habits. I worked hard to teach my son how to use the toilet properly and sent him to the nursery fully trained — all I wanted was for them to follow my hygiene requests. Unfortunately, this was the result. I now have to start all over again. My advice: never send your children to a nursery where they cannot speak up about what happens inside. My child was frightened in a harmful way, and now I’m suffering the consequences because of the poor management, the teacher, and the assistant. I urge that the cameras be reviewed so we can see what truly happens to our children inside nurseries. We pay large amounts to place our children in what we believe is a safe environment — but sadly, this was the worst place ever: Blossom Arabian Ranches 2. I hope proper action is taken against them. I left my child there for only two weeks — just to try it out — at their branch located inside the mall on the first floor.
