First, the building is clean and has an outdoor yard with games, swings, and a sand room, but there is no air conditioning. The workers, may God reward them, are very cooperative. The management is very bad. I had to register my daughter there because it's nearby, and it was almost the only one in the Abraq Al-Raghama neighborhood. The administration's treatment is very poor and they are disorganized regarding attendance and dismissal times. They neglect the children to the point that my daughter fell in class and bled. They didn't give me any information until I came to pick her up and took her to the hospital. They put stitches in her eye. When I called the administration the next day, they told me to give the teacher's name and they would deduct money from her salary. The food in the cafeteria is unhealthy and expensive. Regarding their curriculum, at first they said that children would graduate from kindergarten having memorized the letters, the Quran, and Noorania. Unfortunately, they didn't live up to their word. It's not my fault at all. On the contrary, my daughter memorized the Quran at home better than at school. However, they are bad at the curriculum. Honestly, teacher Samaya tried her best, but the school wasn't helpful. They have no credibility, and their only focus is on how to get money from parents. Every two weeks, they hold parties and force the child to bring handouts. In addition to the exorbitantly priced field trips, the child doesn't benefit. And also the closing ceremony, which was overpriced at 150 riyals, the child and the escort each 50 riyals, plus the clothes were our own. On top of that, we didn't even find water bottles at the party; they held it in a hall, a complete waste of money, and it didn't live up to the price we paid. Also, the gifts were very cheap compared to the price we paid, and there was no organization at all. Honestly, I regretted the party, but I just wanted to avoid upsetting my daughter. The last thing is whether the child is absent or present. They don't care about sending them to their parents. Their safety record is poor, meaning the child is supposed to have an exit card with the parent or driver. But they don't care. When someone calls the child's name, they send him out without checking who is coming to pick him up. If it were up to me, I wouldn't give them a single star. Everything I've written is true, and God is my witness.

Honestly, it's one of the best kindergartens in every way. All the children I know studied there, and now my daughter is with a teacher named Samaya. May God bless her for giving so much. She made my daughter love the kindergarten. The outdoor area is air-conditioned and has suitable and fun games. The classrooms are clean and inviting, and the nannies, God bless them, treat the children like their own mothers. And the aunt at the door, may God bless her, makes me feel safe from the moment I see her and how concerned she is about the children. Even the guard at the door is organized and helpful with the students' entry and exit. Their foundational work is flawless. My son was there a few years ago, and now my daughter is too.

A comfortable school and a calm environment for children and staff. Their treatment is flexible and comfortable. My daughter studied with the teacher (Khadija Barnawi🥺). If you want a teacher who provides early education, do not pass her over. She is an excellent foundation for the child.

I visited many kindergartens in this area; about 4 other than this one; the only one that I felt was a real kindergarten; not a random house where they put all kinds of broken accessories for the children!!!! This one is suitable in terms of furniture, colors and space; the level of cleanliness caught my attention, the smell of Dettol is everywhere and everything is shiny; the level of security is appropriate; the number of cleaning workers is 3 according to what I saw / it has a spacious outdoor garden and sand games and there are many classrooms and many bathrooms, about every two classrooms have a private bathroom 👍🏻 and it is suitable and very clean; my son hasn't studied there yet for me to rate but we hope for the best, God willing; good luck to you

. At first, things were promising, but as time went on, our experience worsened. The playground had games for children, but there was no air conditioning or ventilation. There wasn't even a fan. A child would play for five minutes and you'd end up drenched in sweat, especially in the heat and humidity of Jeddah. * They have an installment system for fees, but on the day of the kindergarten party, they refuse to let your child in unless they pay an additional installment, even though you haven't been late with previous installments. * They offer discounts for groups and relatives, but it's subject to the administration's whims. Some say there's no discount, others say a 200 discount, and others say they'll see later!! Is it okay if some people pay 4,000 riyals and others pay 5,400 riyals, and they're relatives who registered in the same year? * The closing ceremony requires payment for your child to attend, and of course, you're obligated to pay, and you can't deprive your child. * There are always small parties and giveaways, but you have to bring items with you. May God help you with the monthly payments and the effort of coordination. * The cafeteria is poor and sells unhealthy items, and the worst part is that they're double the price. The half-priced items at the grocery store cost one riyal, and the kids don't know the difference. * The success gifts could have been better and more appropriate instead of cheap toys. * The study period is short compared to public education, more than two months. Ramadan was the entire holiday, and after Ramadan, the study period is less than a month. * The administration is absent most days, and we weren't pleased with the way the administrators treated us. * I asked the guard about an emergency exit, which is required by law. He told me there was an internal door. When I told him that the Civil Defense doesn't accept this situation, he responded, "Are we afraid of the Civil Defense?" * The teachers are diligent and care about the children.
