I gave it one star so I could comment properly, otherwise they don't even deserve half a star. This is one of the worst nurseries I've ever been to. It's an absolutely unsafe environment, and the management is terrible and uncooperative. My child came home with bruises and cuts multiple times, and when I complained, they just coldly and indifferently told me I was looking for trouble. 🫠 Apparently, they want me to stay silent until a real disaster happens before they take action! To this day, they haven't shown me who caused my child's injuries. Was it another child or the caregiver? Only God knows, but God will hold them accountable.

🌼 Evaluation of Ithraa Al-Ma'rifa Nursery 🌼 I sincerely thank Ithraa Al-Ma'rifa Nursery for their care and attention to my daughter (Ailaf). I've noticed a huge difference in her personality since she started there. She's become more sociable with other children and loves their activities and games. The teachers are very sophisticated and compassionate, and I feel my daughter finds an atmosphere filled with love and care. They are attentive and dedicated to the smallest details. May God reward you for your generosity. The "Ithraa Al-Ma'rifa" nursery truly lives up to its name. They have enriched it with love, knowledge, and care. Thank God, I am very comfortable with the nursery and the nannies! My child is less than a year old, and they are very friendly and punctual with the reports. The administration is easy-going and organized, which makes me feel at ease when leaving my child with them. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Turkiya, and may God reward you all.

May God hold you accountable! We discovered that the dark-skinned worker was hitting our child and causing her phobia. Fear God, you who work at this daycare! You are the guardians of the children. Why does our child come back to us beaten and crying because of the behavior of your workers, whom you don't even have the strength to supervise?! May God hold accountable every official who is not up to the task.
