The facilities here are very nice and the environment itself is well designed. However, what truly matters is customer service, and unfortunately this is where the place falls short. It’s disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from staff, and I honestly don’t understand how parents feel comfortable signing up their kids here. I feel sorry for the owners, because they have clearly invested in building something good, but without better employees and proper customer care, the value is lost.

Disappointed. The place, rooms, equipment and environment is good indeed but employees are unprofessional. Starting with the receptionist who touched my baby’s cheek without taking permission. God knows if her hands are clean. Then she shocks me by saying they won’t register my baby due to her age. And that was my biggest disappointment because if they have provided sufficient info in advance, then I would not have gone to the centre to check it out. Took my baby in the heat, because obviously I cant leave my baby at home alone, to get there and be told that she won’t be registered! I have specifically contacted the centre by Whatsapp as they requested and my first wuestion to them “my daughter is 9 months old, can you register her?” I needed to know this obviously before going to the centre. If the answer is No, then I would not have visited. Instead of having to tell me they are full at the centre when I went there, they could have been more professional and told me in advance “we are full” but sadly they did not. The lady who took us for a tour was very short in the info she provided. She did not give enough information on what activities they do. I would have been happier if she had provided full answers and even gave more than I wanted to have a better understanding of what they do. Also, to be more intriguing to register with the centre. Evidently, the centre’s cleanliness, space and equipment is important but not as important as the services they provide and how they can look after my baby. This I have very little knowledge on what activities they do.

A more than wonderful experience at Siwar Center 🌟 I thank the Siwar staff for their high-class treatment and attention to the smallest details. The place is safe and clean, and the care and support are enjoyable and have a clear impact on my daughter, thank God. Professor: Ibtisam Al-Anzi always greets you with a smile and warm hospitality that inspires comfort and reassurance. Supervisor: Noura Al-Yahya is meticulous and understanding of all matters. May God bless them for their efforts ❤️
