Little Steamers Nursery in Doha, Qatar, stands out as the nation's pioneering official STEAM nursery, dedicated to fostering curiosity and creativity through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. With a legacy of trust spanning over 18 years, the nursery, formerly known as Little Academy Nursery, has been shaping early childhood education in Doha since 2006. It offers a transformative learning experience that encourages exploration and critical thinking from the very beginning. Children at Little Steamers can engage in hands-on robotics, unleash their creativity in dedicated art spaces, and bring their innovative ideas to life in a specialized maker's space. The nursery provides a balanced and enriching environment rooted in play, learning, and discovery, ensuring school readiness and confidence building across all age groups. They boast over 18 years of proven expertise, 72 successful graduating classes, and have served more than 1000 happy families. The learning journey at Little Steamers is tailored to support each unique stage of a child's early development. They accept children from 6 weeks to 4 years old, with classes thoughtfully divided into age-appropriate groups. The curriculum integrates a comprehensive STEAM-focused approach with Scholastic’s Pre-K On My Way program, developed in collaboration with the Yale Child Study Center. Flexible enrollment options are available, allowing parents to choose from 2-day, 3-day, or 5-day attendance per week to accommodate family schedules. Admissions are open year-round on a rolling basis, subject to availability, with a waitlist option if at full capacity.
