Honestly, I've never seen a principal like her in my life. You talk to her, and she ignores you, goes out to the playground, takes a child to their classroom, and comes back. When you speak, she silences you, claiming she's busy. Her answers are all memorized, and she says, "We can't..." I wish the Ministry would send undercover officials to test her interactions with mothers and teachers and choose someone trustworthy, flexible, and sensitive to people's problems. I spent a month complaining to change my son's class, but no one paid any attention. Even though my son would be better off at home if he were transferred out of school, he's not learning anything because he doesn't interact with his teacher, and she doesn't care about him. He's very active and only learns when he's moving around. But I can only complain to God.

Unfortunately, I did not expect this treatment. They do not even respond to greetings, they shout even at their mother. It is shameful. They consider it a job that came to your home. This is how respect is shouting, and they know their sides. But my daughter used to love school and went to school without me. The reason for the shouting was because she made a mistake in number 4, unfortunately. She did not go to kindergarten at all, and everything was new to her. The reason for my daughter’s change was that she refused to go to school. Their treatment that everyone complains about, unfortunately, we can only say, “May God suffice and be the best disposer of affairs.” I have seen many, especially one who is always in the yard shouting at little girls and threatening them, and then pushes one of them by the shoulder. She is a helpless child. But the world is a wheel. As you judge, you will be judged. I used to think that violence was a thing in the past, but unfortunately, it is still happening behind school doors. They deny that we hit them, but there is a greater guardian, and that is God.

I gave a star just to rate and one star is too much for her. The manager's behavior is very bad with the old and young. The aunts' shouting at the children extends to the street. The way she treats the mothers is nothing but expulsion from the yard. Death by free death. The smell of the artificial grass is rotten and causes disease. How many times have we told her to remove it? It's no use. Fear God with regard to the children. Install air conditioning in the yard and fans. Fear God with regard to them.

The treatment is terrible, especially from an administrative unit headed by Al-Otaibi. The treatment of mothers is also terrible. My daughter hates school because of them. I demand that the education administration find a solution for us. The school is neglecting even the most basic rights of children, such as clean restrooms.

The school needs better organization. The children crowd together and pile on top of each other at the cafeteria during recess. And no one seems to have thought to organize them. Besides that, some teachers don't reply when I send messages. They send homework assignments but their accounts are locked. We can't even ask questions or find out what the children have learned or when the spelling test is. They just ignore us. The best teachers are Reem, Abeer, and Asmaa. All thanks and respect to them.
