I'm very happy with the decision of enrolling my daughter with Maple Bear. The teacher, staff, manager have been very supportive with her beginning days, she has settled right in and enjoys going every day. What impresses me most, is the effort and attention each child receives from the teachers. They take the time to understand each child's needs and interests. My daughter looks forward to going to nursery every day, and I can see the confidence and happiness growing in her. I highly recommend Maple Bear to any parent looking for a supportive and stimulating environment for their child. The team is doing an excellent job!

My daughter is 1 year and 8 months old, and I couldn’t be happier with this daycare. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and truly caring. The teachers are attentive, loving, and professional — I feel completely at ease knowing my little one is in such good hands. She’s learning new things every day, and I can see how much she enjoys being there. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their child!

I couldn’t be happier with the experience my daughter has had at this nursery. From day one, the staff has been incredibly nurturing, attentive, and genuinely invested in her development and happiness. She absolutely loves going every morning — and as a parent, there’s nothing more comforting than seeing your child run into class with a big smile. The activities are always creative and educational, the environment is safe and stimulating, and the communication with parents is fantastic. A huge thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm, welcoming space that feels like a second home. Watching my daughter grow, learn, and make new friends has been such a joy. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place that truly cares ❤️

My son attended this nursery for 4 days and contracted a severe disease called Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease. My baby was terrified of coming to this daycare and cried a lot before being dropped off. We had a doctor come to our house and diagnose him in the middle of the night. He had bumps all over his mouth and body. I strongly advise parents to think twice before admitting their child here. I humbly asked management for a refund dispute my child only attending for 4 days and they refuse to refund me. Money is more of a priority to them than the welfare of child. They are happy to keep money even without providing a professional service. I would not recommend this daycare and I would strongly advise doing your research before getting deeply involved with them.

It seems this school isn’t short of students, because the front desk staff were very dismissive, and the person responsible for communication kept replying with irrelevant information. With such an unprofessional and irresponsible attitude, it’s hard to believe the teachers inside would be patient or attentive with the students. I also encountered some of the school’s older students at a nearby park, and they were extremely rude—shouting and provoking younger kids. It makes me think the school hasn’t made any effort in teaching basic manners either.
