Two stars for the manager, who is a sweetheart. As for the place, it's not suitable at all. And the children's bathroom, I can't tell you about the dirtiness. It's unnatural. I'll tell them, from the moment I registered my son, the thing I asked most about before paying was the bathroom. Is there a maid who checks the bathrooms every now and then? They said, "Yes, there is a maid who cleans all the time, and the kids are there to clean, and even if the child needs help, she helps them." But I was shocked in reality. Nothing they said was true. And so I don't do them any injustice, it's true that there is a maid, but she does nothing except sit on her phone and lie on the couch. This is from someone I don't know if she's a teacher, an administrator, or what exactly. Her job is to terrorize the children and make them hate the classroom. Her place isn't a kindergarten. If they are unprofessional employees who don't have any experience with children, then this requires the Ministry of Education to intervene and look into the matter. Because we bring a child to love the place, not to hate it. My child entered the classroom on his first day of school with love and a desire to learn and study, but this one came to them and hated the class. He left and sat there, still struggling to get into the way she treated them. I'll say again, I don't think she's a teacher because when I asked about her position, they said she's an administrator and she entered the classroom with the children under the pretext that the classroom teacher was absent and she just sat with them because of the chaos. I wish she'd left them in this chaos without interfering and causing what she caused. But this is how she deals with the children in front of me. How can she deal with them behind my back? Even her looks at them are very strange, and the children are smart, even looks can understand and know.

Peace be upon you. I'm going to honestly and truthfully review my experience with the former Sharq Al-Ihtiraf Kindergarten (now Ruwad Al-Yamamah Schools). My experience with them has generally been good, thank God. Honestly, my daughter loves the kindergarten and is very enthusiastic about it, may God bless her. The teachers are sweet and kind, especially Ms. Shahd Al-Wadaani, who is wonderful, kind, and well-mannered, and the children absolutely adore her. 🥹💕 The education is good (and we shouldn't forget the importance of supporting mothers at home). They are also very active in the WhatsApp group, sending the class schedule weekly, responding to mothers' questions and important feedback, and sharing activities. May God reward them. I also want to thank the bus supervisor (Um Ahmed), who is very attentive to the children and takes them right to our doorsteps. May God reward her. 🥹 I'm honestly surprised by some of the negative comments, but ultimately, everyone has their own experience, and this is my honest opinion. Most importantly, my daughter is happy with them and loves them. May God protect her and reward them for everything they do. I've only ever seen good from them, I swear. I've been to the school several times and I haven't noticed any shortcomings on their part; on the contrary, they're respectful and kind. And most importantly, it's clear they're constantly improving themselves. Thank you 🤍

Bad in every sense of the word. There is no attention to KG1 and 2. There is no containment for the child. If he cries, he goes out into the yard and they make him cry until he calms down. There is no organization, as if it were a nursery. Each child does what he wants without organization or education. The child spends most of his time alone in the yard and the style is all crying. Should I bring my child from home so you can treat him in the worst way? Other than that, the building lacks cleanliness and there is no concern for the presence of children. The air conditioner is dripping water and my daughter plays under it. No one thought to stop her?!

I didn't like it. I put my son there for one semester and then I withdrew him. After 10 o'clock, they would take the children out into the yard. In the heat, the boy would come to me covered in sweat and sand every day.
