My sincere thanks and appreciation to the school principal, Ms. Abeer Al-Mutairi, for her excellent management, organization, and constant dedication to the school's development and the comfort of the children and their parents. I would also like to thank the kindergarten teacher, Ms. Faten Al-Qarni. May God bless her! She is a creative and outstanding teacher with a refined approach and a big heart for the children. Her teaching style is engaging and clear, and she is always keen to develop the children's skills and instill beautiful values ​​in them. Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. To the administration of the middle and high school sections, May God protect you. I am submitting this complaint to the general administration regarding the seriousness of what occurred. Some teachers threw students' abayas and bags in the schoolyard during an inspection, in an inappropriate and humiliating manner. This is a clear violation of the students' privacy and belongings. What happened is unacceptable under any circumstances and is incompatible with the principles of education and the most basic rules of respecting students and preserving their dignity. Inspections—if necessary—must be conducted according to clear educational procedures that preserve modesty and privacy, not by throwing students' belongings on the ground in this deplorable way. I completely reject this approach and will not tolerate its recurrence in any form. This incident has had a negative psychological impact on the students and has eroded our trust in the school environment, which is supposed to be safe and respectful. Therefore, I demand: • That those responsible for this behavior be held accountable. • That this behavior be completely prevented from recurring. • That a security checkpoint be established to protect the dignity of the students and their belongings. We trust in your commitment to a safe and respectful school environment that prioritizes the dignity of our daughters above all else. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. 🌷

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، أودّ أن أعبّر عن استيائي مما حدث أثناء فترة الاختبار، حيث تم رمي شنط الطالبات وتفتيشها بطريقة غير لائقة، مما أدى إلى اتساخ بعض الأغراض والعبايات، إضافة إلى ملاحظتنا لأسلوب اعادة الممتلكات بطريقة غير لائقه لا يراعي خصوصية الطالبات ولا يحترم مشاعرهن. أود التأكيد أنني لا أعترض على مبدأ التفتيش في حال وُجد ما يخالف قوانين المدرسة أو ما قد يضر بمصلحة الطالبة أو زميلاتها، فذلك أمر مفهوم ومطلوب للحفاظ على الانضباط. لكن ما حدث من رمي للأغراض والتعامل غير اللائق لا يمتّ للرقي التربوي بصلة، ولا يعكس البيئة التعليمية التي نأملها لبناتنا. كما لوحظ من بعض المعلمات في التعامل مع الطالبات اسلوب يفتقر إلى الاحترام والتقدير، وهو أمر نأمل عدم تكراره، لما له من أثر نفسي سلبي على الطالبات. نرجو من إدارة المدرسة الكريمة مراجعة آلية التفتيش والتأكيد على التعامل بأسلوب يحفظ كرامة الطالبات وخصوصيتهن، ويعكس القيم التربوية التي تقوم عليها المؤسسة التعليمية. تعليقي لايعمم الصرح التعليمي ككل .. مثل ماهناك بعض المعلمات راقيات في التعامل يوجد مايعاكس ذالك للاسف وتفضلوا بقبول فائق الاحترام والتقدير.

I'm in the secondary school section. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the teachers without exception, and especially thank Ms. Wiam, the physics teacher, and Ms. Wadha, the sustainable development and physical education teacher. Our secondary school teachers truly embody the saying, "The teacher is almost a prophet." They go above and beyond in their duties as teachers. Their ethics, style, and interactions are truly wonderful. Our school is distinguished by its teachers. I also want to thank the student counselor, Ms. Fatima, whom we affectionately call "the mother of the school." She was like a mother to us before being our counselor. Her treatment of us is sweet, she cares deeply for us, and you feel like she carries the entire secondary school section on her shoulders. She never falls short; she goes above and beyond in her duties. Whenever a problem arises, she resolves it quickly without escalating it or showing bias. I truly love all our teachers, even those I haven't mentioned! ❤️❤️❤️

Bad School – Middle and High School Section Honestly, the administration's treatment of us is terrible and excessively strict, with no consideration for the students' well-being. Throughout the year, we haven't seen any real attention or clear organization, apart from the efforts of some teachers, for which we are grateful. The administration's harsh approach and constant pressure significantly affect the students' mental health, creating a tense atmosphere instead of a supportive and motivating one. Many students are suffering psychologically from this approach, and this can negatively impact their academic performance and self-confidence. The open house was a clear example of this neglect. Our abayas were left in the schoolyard without any arrangement or supervision, as if the students' belongings had no value. This is completely unacceptable. A school should be a safe and comfortable environment above all else, but unfortunately, the reality is quite different. We hope the administration will reconsider its approach, ease up on its strictness, be more considerate of the students' well-being, and take responsibility for respecting the students and their belongings.
