I even wouldn’t give it any star. Last month I visited this nursery to register my two-year-old son, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The director was extremely rude and condescending. She kept talking about how much she has read and studied, but showed no real understanding or empathy. She insisted that my son could only be accepted if I provided a report from a specific clinic, simply because he is slightly delayed in speech — even though the Arabic-speaking lady there was much kinder and explained that being around other children would naturally help expand his vocabulary. The director also said they do not accept “special needs” children, even though my son is only two years old and just needs more time to develop his speech. When my son started crying in the playroom, the teacher left him there without any comfort. I had to step in, hold him, and calm him down — and the director criticized me for doing so, saying I was “spoiling” him. I have since enrolled my son in another wonderful nursery that welcomed him without asking for any medical report for delay in speaking, and in just one month he has already started learning new words and showing great progress. Overall, this was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this nursery to anyone.

This is a great nursery that continuous to provide my two little ones with a safe, encouraging, and educational environment to learn, engage with their peers, and develop better social skills. I’m really happy that I made the decision to enroll my kids here. It feels like a second home for my kids. Special thanks to Mrs. Fazilat for her continuous support and kindness. May Allah bless all the staff working in this nursery.

The toddler house nursery was recommended to me by many Of my family members, they all put their kids in toddler house and told me their kids started speaking and socializing after joining. I took their recommendation and I’m glad I did :) I Really like the management , they advice the parents and help set up the suitable routine for the kids. they are always in touch with the parents, they answer right away and I can see all the reports on my kids daily with pictures on the icare app. I’m seeing very very good results and noticeable improvement in my kids. Even in this time of corona I’m not worried at all because they follow the highest safety procedures.
